Alex was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Shelby Stewart Sr. and Daniel "Buster" Collins, and his grandmother, Rhonda Thomure. He is survived by his sisters, Kiley and Katy; his big brother, Tristan, and his wife, Kaitlyn; his nephews, Kyson, Grayson, and Rustyn; his nieces, Kendall and Tatum; his grandmother, Glenda; his uncles, Micheal Stewart, Micheal Collins, Danny, and Cody; his aunts, Nicole and her husband, Scott, and Heather; and all who loved him dearly.
A graduate of Caney Creek High School, Alex excelled academically and was a proud member of the Panther Football team and the Caney Creek Bowling team. At the time of his passing, he was in his second year at Lone Star College, pursuing his education with the same dedication he brought to all his endeavors.
Alex's vibrant spirit and love for his family, friends, and community will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Caney Creek Football Booster Club in his honor.
