Alfonso Piccinich

Alfonso Piccinich, 92 of Paramus passed away on February 11, 2026. Alfonso was born on November 21, 1933 in Susak, Croatia. He came to the United States in 1961. He had retired from Port Morris Tile and Marble. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation Church in Paramus. He was a devout Catholic that had a devotion to the Blessed Mother visited Lourdes and Fatima several times.

Beloved husband 68 years to Carolina. Devoted father of predeceased Ermando and Mary. Devoted father to Edward and his wife Roseann Piccinich, Joann and her husband John Scrivanich, Anthony and his wife Stella Piccinich, Vincent and his wife Lisa Piccinich. Cherished grandfather to Amy Faldowski and her husband Mark, Carly Piccinich, Derek Piccinich, Nicholas Scrivanich and his wife Hayden-Anne, Mary Scrivanich, Lily Piccinich, Vincent Piccinich Jr., and Alyssa Piccinich. .Adored great-grandfather to Rylee Faldowski and Robbie Faldowski.

Alfonso is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Our Lady of Visitation Church in Paramus can be notated on Mass Card in memory of Alfonso would be greatly appreciated.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. A 10:00 am Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church, 234 N. Farview Avenue, Paramus. Interment to follow Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ.
