Alfred Villoch, Jr., 75, of Tampa, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, with his wife and son by his side. He was born on January 22, 1950, in Havana, Cuba, and immigrated with his family to Tampa in 1957, where he would remain a lifelong resident. In high school, Alfred met the love of his life, Alma Joyce Capaz. High school sweethearts, they married in 1972 and shared 54 years of devotion, joy, and partnership. Alfred was a proud graduate of the University of South Florida and an accomplished entrepreneur. He owned and operated Villoch Bakery for more than 30 years, earning a reputation throughout Tampa Bay and beyond for his exceptional torticas and pasteles, which became community favorites and family traditions for many. He is survived by his beloved wife, Alma, and his son, Alfred III, who cherish his memory and the legacy of love, family, and tradition he leaves behind. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, Florida 33603.
