Funeral service for Ali M. Thibodeaux, resident of Lakewood, CA formerly of Moreauville, LA, will begin at 11:00am on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura with Fr. Blake Deshautelle officiating. Burial will follow at the Danahy Henry Family Cemetery in Pine Prairie, LA. 

Visitation will begin at 9:00am until 11:00am on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura. 

Ali M. Thibodeaux, age 28, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, in Fountain Valley, CA. Ali was a free-spirited and adventurous soul who brought joy and inspiration to all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Throughout her life, she displayed a passion for fitness, excelling in track during high school and later pursuing a career as a personal trainer. Her dedication led her to participate in marathons, showcasing her goal-driven spirit and unwavering determination. 

In this time of profound sorrow, let us remember Ali for the light she brought into the world, her kindness, and her boundless spirit. May she find eternal peace, and may her memory live on in the hearts of all who cherished her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dilon Thibodeaux; mother, Charlotte Russell; stepfather, Frankie Dupuis; siblings, Deborah Lachney, Terry Gage Marcantel, Robert Marcantel, Angela Guillory, and Kayla Israel; mother-in-law, Jamie Heidebur, father-in-law, Shanon Heidebur. She is also survived by 9 nephews and 2 step-nieces. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Terry Marcantel.
