Alice Nadine Foley, better known as "MamaDene", Passed away at her home in Littlefield on November 6, 2025. She was born May 18, 1935, in Lamb County to Veda Teston Bryan and Eugene Bryan.

Nadine grew up on a family farm where she learned the values of love, service, and strength-values she carried throughout her entire life. Nadine married her high school sweetheart, Art Foley, on February 1, 1953. Together they raised four sons: Feris, Stephen, Joe, and Dan. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She adored her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, each one holding a special place in her heart.

She worked many years at healthcare facilities and had a passion for what she did. But her most meaningful work was the love she poured into others-caring for anyone who needed a warm meal, a listening ear, or simply someone to sit with them. Helping others was never a chore to her; it was her natural way of loving. She enjoyed reading, drawing, traveling across Texas, and exploring family history, but nothing compared to the time she spent with those she loved most. Especially her Grandchildren. She was steady, gentle, and dependable-the kind of woman who showed up for everyone, every time.

Nadine is survived by her sons, Stephen (Pam) and Joe (Janet); grandchildren-Dee (Mark), Bryan (Kat), Tucker (Jazmin), Harper (Stephiney), Tanner (Melissa), Jeremy (Pam), and Melanie (John); Hayden, Reagan, Conner, Matthew, Zachary, Kyndel, Shane, Felix, Peyton, Ashley, Brianna, Lilah, Trinity, Olivia, Jeydence, Amelea, and Tyler. Two sisters Yvawn Crosby and Imogene Claunch, Former daughter-in-law Sherri Highfill, and her dear friend Monica McGee. Along with several other in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Veda and Eugene, her husband Art, her sons Feris and Daniel, and her great-granddaughter Chelsea Asberry.

She would often say that "she wasn't famous", but in our eyes, she was deeply significant-to her family, to her community, and to all who were blessed to know her. Because to know her was to love her. Her gentle spirit, her helping hands, and her endless love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to call her theirs.

A grave side service to celebrate Nadine's life will be at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Littlefield Memorial Park (Everyone is encouraged to wear blue). The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorials be made to the Littlefield EMS (P.O. Box 1267 Littlefield, TX 79339).
