Alice Gail Henson

Funeral services for Alice Gail Henson of Pavo, will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday December 17, 2025 in the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Trey Eakins officiating. Interment will be in Big Creek Cemetery. Born on August 14, 1946 in Meigs, Ga. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Adams and Sarah Margaret Hicks Adams. 

Mrs. Henson lived most of her life in Colquitt County and enjoyed crossword puzzles and game shows. She was an avid animal lover and was especially fond of her dogs and cats. She was preceded in death by her husband Forest Eugene Henson. Survivors include her children Mike Henson (Chasity) of Pavo, Jerry Henson (Jennifer) of Moultrie, Glenn Henson (Barbara) of Cordele, Kenny Henson (Susan) of Sylvester, Belinda Henson of Pavo; siblings Ricky Adams of Hawkinsville, Dewayne Adams of Hawkinsville, Helen Adams of Warner Robins, Carolyn Christian of Perry, Ga; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter Alicia Henson; siblings Royce Adams, Raymond Adams, Buck Adams, Jerry Adams, and Betty Jean Fountain. 

Her family will receive friends before the service from 12:00- 1:00PM in the chapel. Contributions in her memory may be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice at 415 Rowland Rd., Moultrie, Ga. 31768.
