Alice M. Kirk passed away February 3, 2026. Born in Albany, NY on January 13, 1937 she was the daughter of Alice W. and Thomas E. Gunther.

She married Bernard E. Kirk Sr. on July 6, 1957. He passed away on May 20, 1996.

She is survived by her four children Bernard E. Kirk, Jr. and his wife Phyllis of Glen, Pamela Jasewicz and her husband William of Perth, Steven V. Kirk and his wife Kimberly of Gloversville, and Susan Hoffman and her husband E. William of Riverview, Florida. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren Gregory Kirk; Jessica Tsiomos, Jamie Barbuti and Joseph Barbuti; Tyler Kirk, Troy Kirk, and Thomas Kirk; William Hoffman and Matthew Hoffman. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren Jasmine, Jayda, Emilia, Violet, Bennett, Grant, Mason, and Emersyn; as well as several nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Ethel Allie, and a brother Thomas W. Gunther, both of Albany, NY.

Mrs. Kirk was the accounting supervisor at Anderson Instrument Co. until her retirement in 1998.

She was a past president and treasurer of the Town of Glen Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the Glen Reformed Church.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glen Reformed Church, 1526 State Highway 161 Fultonville, NY. A service will take place at the church at 12:00 PM with Reverend Chuck Hesselink and Pastor Tom Flander, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Maple Avenue Cemetery, Fultonville in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alice's name may be made to the Glen Reformed Church, P.O. Box 227 Fultonville, NY 12072 or to the Town of Glen Volunteer Fire Department 134 Auriesville Road Fultonville, NY 12072.
