Alice K. Philebaum, 87, Marion, Indiana, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, August 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on September 6, 1937, in Kokomo, Alice lived most of her life in Marion. A very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Alice's family always came first-always! She cherished staying connected with loved ones, often enjoying conversations with family and friends to catch up on family news.
Survivors include her children, Raymond (Mary) Whitaker, Teresa Philebaum, Ronnie (Teresa) Philebaum, Linda (Junior) Philebaum-Cochran, and Greg (Danielle) Philebaum; 10 grandchildren, Brandy (Shannon), Josh, Jason, Zach, Cody, Amber, Megan, Chaise, Devin, and Zander; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; several siblings; and her grandson, Travis.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Alice's life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park.
