Alice Louise Scheidecker
(nee Collins) 76 of Jackson Wi passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday February 8th, 2025. Alice treasured her family, raising 5 children Patrica (Tim) Protratz of Oconomowoc Wi, Dawn (Steve) Martin of Tucson Az, Janice (Ed) Bass of Grafton Wi, Wesley & Wendy Scheidecker of Jackson WI. She was the beloved grandmother to Sara (Trent), Lauren, Aryn, Steven, Allyson, Rachel, Alyssa (Jose), Autumn, Jordan, Noah, and Zachary. She also had bonus grandchildren Derek (Kendra) Dominic, Nicole, Jamica, Shonice & Chante. She was the cherished GIGI to Timmy, Liam, Thomas, Soren, Owen, Piper, Beckham, Melody, Elliott, Dakota, Anastasia, Ryder, Dominic, Champion, Amiriana, Major, and her special little Buddy Nickolas. Beloved sister to Mary Jean Collins & Beth Collins and countless nieces and nephews and friends.
Alice was a vibrant soul with a sharp and sassy wit. Her humor was matched only by her boundless kindness and generosity towards others, whether it was sharing a laugh, offering a listening ear or lending a helping hand. She left an incredible mark on everyone she met. Her presence brought warmth and laughter, and her departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who loved her. She was a wonderful seamstress, loved to crochet blankets, slippers, mittens, scrubbers, wash cloths and matching dish towels. She also was down for playing Sheepshead, Euchre, Train, Chicken Foot and Shanghi.
Alice's legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched, and her memory will forever be cherished. She was proceeded in death by her Husband of 43 years Roger A Scheidecker, infant daughter Lori Jean, parents Robert & Jeanette Collins, 2 grandchildren Brandon & Kasandra Martin, siblings Bobby, Sharon, Calvin and Jimmy, bonus parents Harold & Josie and many other relatives and friends that were very dear to her.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday February 22, 2025, at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 15250 W. National Ave. from 10AM-12PM with a celebration of life at 12PM.
