Alice Scott, a lifelong resident of Springfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, at the Vantage Nursing Home in Hampden. She was 70 years old. Born on October 21, 1954, in Springfield, Alice was the beloved daughter of the late Isaac Scott and Geraldine (Laster) Scott. A proud graduate of the Springfield school system, she went on to earn a nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With a strong sense of duty and commitment, Alice proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Alice was known for her quiet strength, warm spirit, and deep love for her family. A proud Springfield native, she was deeply rooted in her community and cherished the many friendships she built over the decades. Her kindness, compassion, and resilience left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She touched countless lives-through her professional care, her military service, and the many ways she offered love and support to those around her. Alice will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing and loving her. She is survived by her loving aunt Beatrice Crocker of Springfield, several nieces and nephews, The Scott Family, and many more families and friends she loved dearly. Sleep in peace "Baby-Angel" we say Goodbye with heavy hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Alice's name to a local veterans' organization or community nursing program. All Services and Burial will be private at Alice's request.
