Alice Shane was born on June 4th 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvaniaher mother's name was Leah Shane and her father's name was Samual Shane,she leaves behind her beloved husband Harold Fuller Danielson,Jr. and brother Albert Shane sister Francine Shane.

BECAME A JOURNALIST,EDITOR,PUBLIC RELATIONS, CONSULTANT AND TEACHER. HER

ARTICLES HAVE APPEARED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES, PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, TV GUDE

MAGAZINE, CRAIN'S NEW YORK BUSINESS, AND MANY OTHER PUBLICATIONS. SHE WAS A

STAFF EDITOR AT TV GUIDE MAGAZINE, A WRITER FOR RANDOM HOUSE AND AN ADJUNCT

PROFESSOR OF JOURNALISM AND PUBLC RELATIONS AT NEW YORK UNIVERSITY AND NEW

SCHOOL UNIVERSITY.

ALICE LIVED WITH HER HUSBAND, HAROLD F. DANIELSON in Summit New Jersey and Hadley, Massachusetts.

Prior to Alice passing, she was working on two novels one of which was Murder in Widow Land and Bad Dad the Reckoning. Her favorite past time was reading and writing. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, sharp mind, quick wit and the quest for constant journalistic integrity.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Bradley, Brough and Dangler Funeral Home, 299 Morris Ave. Summit, New Jersey.

Graveside services will be at the Bloomfield Cemetery.
