Alice M. Suttner

Alice M. (Muellenbach) Suttner, age 74, of rural Chilton "Marytown", passed away peacefully Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Aurora Baycare Center in Green Bay.

She was born April 16, 1951, on the family homestead in the Town of Calumet, to the late Jerome & Viola (Schmitz) Muellenbach.

Alice attended St. Mary's Catholic Grade School in Marytown and graduated from New Holstein High School in 1970. She worked at the former Leverenz Shoe Mfg. in New Holstein, A.A. Laun Furniture in Kiel, and retired after 34 years of employment at the Kohler Company.

On July 20, 1992, she married Dan Suttner in Las Vegas with a reception being held back here in Jericho under the Big Tent.

Alice enjoyed sturgeon spearing, deer hunting; both bow & gun, playing sheepshead, watching her birds, and putting puzzles together. The thing she truly enjoyed the most was being grandma to her granddaughter, Claire.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Dan Suttner; her son, Keith (Alyssa) Suttner of rural Chilton "Charlesburg"; her granddaughter, Claire Suttner; her brothers and sister, Nick Muellenbach of Kiel, Betty Wiese of Nebraska, Tom (Sue) Muellenbach of rural New Holstein; Roger (Cindy) Muellenbach of rural New Holstein "Marytown", Ralph (Carol) Muellenbach of rural New Holstein "Marytown", Joe (Mary Jo) Muellenbach of rural New Holstein, and Ron (Amy) Muellenbach of Chilton; her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Muellenbach of rural New Holstein, Nancy (Don) Lisowe of rural Chilton "Brothertown", and Mary (Bob) Halbach of Chilton; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Jerome & Viola Muellenbach; a sister, Janette Muellenbach; a brother, Ervin Muellenbach; her brother-in-law, Gary Wiese, and her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Roman & Bernice Suttner.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Alice's family at the Sippel Funeral Home on Sunday, March 22nd from 11:00 AM until 3:45 PM.
