Alice Thrower Obituary
Alice accepted Christ at an early age and united with Shiloh Baptist Church in Strong, Arkansas. She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Deacon Clemontee Thrower.
Alice enjoyed traveling with her husband, going to church, shelling peas, cooking greens, hot water cornbread, making her sweet tea and being around her family.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Deacon Clemontee Thrower of 56 years of marriage. Her parents Artis and Lottie Jamerson, her sisters: Frankie Ann Andrews, Shirley Ann Hall and Linda Richard, her nephews: Ricky Payne, Marcus Watley and James Hall.
She will be greatly missed by her faithful and loving sister Barbara Jamerson of Strong, Arkansas, her brother Billy Ray (Lessie) Jamerson, special sisters: Minister Sadie Warren of Farmerville, Louisiana and Janice Carter of Calion, Arkansas. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
