Alice Williams Obituary
She was born on June 9, 1949, in Jeffersonville, IN to Charles and Etta Mae Broady Minton. Alice was a retired bartender and bar manager and a former member of the Sellersburg Moose Lodge. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, going on cruises, and watching Days Of Our Lives and The Young and The Restless. She was preceded in death by her father and a grandson, Justin Byers.
Alice married her husband Joseph O. Stein on April 17, 2011, at the Paradise Lake Resort in Lutz, FL, and renewed her vows a month later at Bushmans Lake in Charlestown.
Alice is survived by her husband, Joseph O. Stein; children, Susan Leister (David) of Clarksville, IN, Gregory Williams of Memphis, IN, and Bridgett Williams of Clarksville; her mother, Etta Mae Minton of Memphis; brother, Charles R. Minton (Debbie) of Pekin, IN; grandchildren Amy Leezer (Joey), Travis Byers, Allison Osterhout (Michael), Zoe Williams, Callie Williams, Phoenix Williams and Hayden Williams; great-grandchildren, Reed, Elizabeth, Eli, Eric, and Erin.
Life Celebration Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
Expressions of Sympathy may be made to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
