Alicia Aguirre Ruiz, 71, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family.
Alicia was born in Mexico on December 26, 1952, daughter to the late Jesus Aguirre and Isidra Ruiz. After High School, she obtained her Bachelors degree and taught school until her retirement. Her absence will be greatly felt by her family and friends.
She is survived by her siblings, Hermila Aguirre Ruiz, Jesus Aguirre Ruiz, Velia Aguirre Ruiz, Jose Aguirre Ruiz, Guadalupe Aguirre Ruiz, Santiago Aguirre Ruiz, Josefina Aguirre Ruiz, Pedro Aguirre Ruiz, Sandra E. Aguirre Ruiz, Claudia Aguirre Ruiz and Isela Aguirre Ruiz; other relatives, Luis Castro Aguirre, Jose Alexis Valenzuela Aguirre, Karen Valenzuela Aguirre, Lesley Valenzuela Aguirre, Monserrat Valenzuela Aguirre, Isabel Gonzales Aguirre, David Gonzales Aguirre, April Gonzales Aguirre, Tania Rodriguez Aguirre and Alan Rodriguez Aguirre; many friends and extended family members.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 5:00 PM Sunday, November 24, 2024 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 25, 2024 at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 2844 Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Interment will follow in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery, 2881 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
