Junior Allen Baker

Junior Allen Baker, of London, Kentucky, was born on September 4, 1958, in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He was the beloved son of the late John Baker and Ethel Mae Coffman. He was united in marriage to his loving wife, Martha McQueen Baker, who survives, of London.

He is also survived by his daughter, Leslie McQueen of London; two cherished grandchildren, Draven McQueen and Xander McQueen, both of London; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Baker, Harold Baker, and David Baker.

Junior worked in lawn care and was a member of the Baptist faith. He had a passion for old cars and enjoyed fixing them up and "pittling" in his garage. He especially loved old-style music from the 1950s and 1960s. Above all else, Junior dearly loved his family and treasured every moment spent with his grandchildren.

Junior Allen Baker departed this life on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the age of 67 years, 4 months, and 1 day.

The family of Junior Allen Baker will hold a memorial service Saturday, January 17 at Dino's Restaurant in London, KY.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with service expenses.
