Mr. Jerry Cunningham, age 64, of Marietta, GA passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Funeral Services will be held at 12pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025 in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Andrew Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10am until 12pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
A lifelong resident of Marietta, GA, Jerry graduated from Osborne High School in 1978. Afterwards, he worked for Coca-Cola for a short time before becoming an auto mechanic. He worked the rest of his career with his family business of Black and White Auto Service. He was a long time member of the former Fair Oaks United Methodist Church. Jerry also loved trout fishing, hunting, motorcycles and cars, and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Virginia "Jennie" Cunningham; brother, Rev. Andrew (Marlene) Cunningham, Pine Mountain, GA; nieces and nephews, Jessica Woodard, Rebecca (Payton) Gilley, Rachael (Hunter) Perdue, Andrew (Anastasiia) Cunningham, and Aalyah Gremillion, and 5 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain.
