Allen F. Deremo, age 76, of Green Bay, passed away at home on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He was born July 1st, 1947 in Sheboygan, son of the late Art and Irene (Nolan) Deremo. He attended schools in Fish Creek and graduated with the class of 1965 from Gibraltar High School.
Allen served in the United States Air Force. On December 14, 1973, he married the former Olivia LeMieux in Missouri. He was a member of the Boiler Makers Local 107. Allen enjoyed spending time with his family, was a jack of all trades and was willing to help anyone out.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Olivia Deremo, Green Bay; one son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Nicole Deremo, Green Bay; one daughter Lorie Deremo, Sturgeon Bay; three grandchildren Jacob Deremo, Green Bay, Jessica (Emin) Aydin, Sturgeon Bay, Jayden Deremo, Green Bay. Brothers and sisters: Bonnie West, California; Glen Deremo, Broadhead; Betty (Charles) Bardeau, Sturgeon Bay; Lynn Deremo, Algoma; Mike (Mona) Deremo, Algoma. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Donny (Judy) LeMieux, Sturgeon Bay; Joan (John) Beilfuss, Egg Harbor; Wanda LeMieux, Sturgeon Bay; Eva (Dave) Anderson, Forrestville; Mark LeMieux, Sturgeon Bay. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents Art and Irene Deremo; three brothers and sisters-in-law; three sisters and brothers-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Friday, December 1st, 2023 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., officiating will be Rev. Earl Vorpagel III. Military honors will be accorded by local VFW 2037. Visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.
