Allene Stallworth was born on February 28, 1947 to parents Clarence and Gladys Roberts in Atlanta, GA. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.
She had a love for taking long walks, tanning in the sun, and getting her hair done. She enjoyed peppermints, cinnamon rolls and coffee. Her favorite place to eat was The Varisty where she would enjoy a slaw dog. Napkins were her obsession, along with Elvis Presley. "He was a part of the family" she would always say. (lol)
On Monday, July 14 at the age of 78, Allene went to be with the Lord where she joined her beloved daughter Pamela Stallworth who proceeded her in death exactly 40 years ago to the day. She passed peacefully and beautifully in her sleep with no pain as she had always hoped for. She will be laid to rest next to her one true love, Russell Daniel.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Stallworth (Dawn Stallworth); daughter, Amy Reid; four grandchildren, Tiffany Kicklighter, Brad Stallworth, Jordan Jones and Tyler Reid, three great-grandchildren; Charlee Kicklighter, Blakely Kicklighter and Alayah Jones, her niece (who she loved as a grand-daughter) Kristi Hill; great niece Makenzie Hill and many, more loving relatives and friends.
She may have physically left this earth but she will forever live on in our hearts. She loved each and every one of her family members. May her beautiful soul rest in peace and may the family rejoice in comfort knowing that she is exactly where she wanted to be no more worries, no more pain just happy and free in the Kingdom of Heaven.
John 14:27
Peace; I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
