Allison Rose Rawson, lovingly known as Alli, age 56, passed away on June 27, 2025, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Born on July 17, 1968, in Jamestown, New York, Alli brought joy and light to every life she touched.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Frank Rawson, and her mother, Charlotte Jane Marczak. Alli is survived by her beloved children Janina Peters, Cassie Soper (Charles), Alex Soper, and Dylan Soper; and her cherished grandchildren Yosh, Brynn, and Olivia. She is also survived by her loving partner of nine years, Bobby Goodpaster, and Bobby's children, Heidy (Ty) Goodpaster and Holly (Josh) Cockerill, with whom she shared countless special memories.
Alli dedicated many years of hard work at Kroger, where she built friendships and touched the lives of coworkers and customers alike. Outside of work, she found joy in crafting, bird watching, fishing, and spending peaceful days at her cabin.
Known for her fiery red-headed spirit and boundless generosity, Alli had a remarkable way of making every day special-especially holidays, which she made magical for everyone around her. Her love and kindness will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
A celebration of Alli's life will be held on Monday, July 7, from 12:00 p.m. –2:00 p.m. at Care Cremation and Funeral Service 1304 Bryan Avenue Lexington, Kentucky.
She always signed off her messages with a simple, heartfelt xo - and so, xo, dear Alli. You will forever remain in our hearts.
Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted in final care.
