Alva Lee Tegethoff

Mrs. Alva Lee Tegethoff age 88, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris.
She was born October 26, 1937, in Carroll County to the late Virgil and Roberta Neisler Wilkinson. Mrs. Tegethoff worked for many years and was retired from Magnolia Manor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Tegethoff; daughter, Cristal Conway; three brothers, Joe Wilkinson, Ricky Wilkinson and Edward Wilkinson.
Survivors include three grandchildren, Tandi Conway, Steven Thompson and Angel Cooke; two sisters and one brother, Carol Tidwell, Ann Camp and Bruce Wilkinson. Other survivors include six great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Bo, Trevor, Lukas, Arleigh and Nicholas as well as one great-great grandchild, Tompanga.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Tegehoff will be conducted on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with her grandson, Steven Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The Tegehoff family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
