He married the love of his life Juanita Morgan April 23, 1965. Together they had 2 children. Alvin worked for Windsor Door until he retired after 46 long years.
Everyone who knew Alvin knew how much he loved hunting, fishing, and golfing. He loved ice cream, rote dip, cashews and Kit Kats.
Alvin is survived by his wife Juanita. Son Alvin, Jr and wife Lori of NC, daughter Rebecca and son-in-law Billy White of Lonoke. Brother Bill and wife Jo Tatum of North Little Rock. Grand children Lauren (Shane) Pullins, Trace and Zak Tatum of NC, Brittany (Steven) Alexander of Cabot, and Steven Schott of Lonoke. Alvin will always be remembered for his laugh, stern look, and the way he sat in his book room with his legs crossed, watching tv. We couldn’t have asked for a better husband, brother, dad, or pawpaw and we will miss him every day. His memory will live on in the hearts of all of those who loved him.
