Alyce McAuliffe Obituary
Daughter of the late Alfred and Irene Johnson of Squantum, MA.
Alyce grew up in Squantum, graduated from North Quincy High School in 1964 and Boston State in 1968. She became a teacher at the Wollaston School in Quincy then moved to Plymouth and was also a teacher at Federal Furnace School. Alyce loved all of her students.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Atty. Paul W. McAuliffe of Plymouth, their son, Tim of Wilmington, NC, their son, Chris and his wife, Carie and her two grandaughters, Hailee and Allison all of Bridgewater, their daughter Karin of Plymouth, and her sister, Bette West of Falmouth. Alyce made you feel happy.
A celebration of life will be held in the summer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics Attn: Web Gifts, 2600 Virginia Avenue, NW, 11th Floor, Washington, DC 20007. or to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
