Alysia Nycole Hatfield, 45, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2024, after being diagnosed with cancer in January 2024. Alysia was born to parents, Raynie Wilson Hatfield, Jr. and Arzella Pennington Hatfield on July 4, 1979, in South Williamson, Kentucky. In 1986, Alysia and her family relocated from West Virginia to Fellsmere, Florida. She attended Sebastian River High School and moved to Vero Beach, in 2001.
Alysia was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She had a love of music and enjoyed playing guitar and singing. Everyone who met her was impacted by her contagious smile. She made friends wherever she went and maintained those friendships for decades.
She is survived by her father, Raynie Hatfield Jr, mother Arzella Hatfield; sisters, Robyn Hatfield (Daniel Roll) and Jessica Dodge (Ryan); niece, Cambria Congdon; nephew, Chayse Hatfield (Jessica); great nephew, Waylon Hatfield and great niece Oaklee Hatfield.
A memorial service to celebrate Alysia's life will be held on August 17, 2024, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Strunk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1623 North Central Avenue, Sebastian, Florida 32958.
