Our beloved Christopher Stephen Culmer was born on August 31st, 1990, in Vero Beach Florida to the parents of, Kimberly Dawkins and Steven Culmer. He was educated in the public schools of Indian River County Florida including Sebastian River High School, Sebastian Florida.
"Chris", as he was affectionately known to family and friends transitioned peacefully at Cleveland Clinic in Vero Beach, Florida on November 16, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jikeria Culmer; grandparents, Henry (and Verdell) Dawkins, Sr., John (and Evangeline) Culmer, and Correne Sands; aunt, Patrice Burrows; and uncles, David Dawkins, Dennis Culmer and Perry Sands.

He will also be lovingly remembered by a host of nieces and nephews, compassionate cousins, sorrowing relatives and friends.
