Amado is preceded in death by his parents Mary Helen G. and Amado Vazquez III, His grandparents Amado and Maria Luisa Vazquez and Carlos and Eva Guardiola, His uncle Robert Vazquez and aunts Carmen and Yolanda Guardiola.
He is survived by his aunt and uncle/godparents Phylis and Joseph Vasquez. His aunts and uncles Mary Lou and Martin Lugo, Virginia Urdialez, Richard Vasquez and Rosalinda Guardiola, his God sister/cousin Phylis E. Barro.
Cousins Mary Lou Lugo, Joseph Vasquez(Tina),Martin Lugo (Dolores), Patricia Rabago (Pete), Priscilla Mora (Jacob) Reyna Urdialez, Raquel Munoz (Louis) and numerous other cousins and friends. He was loved and will be greatly missed. Thank you to everyone who loved and helped him despite his struggles.He is at peace now.
