Concepcion was born on January 1, 1945, to Jose and Celia Martinez in Begonia Coahuila, Mexico. She married Heriberto Vazquez Sr, on January 6th 1968 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Concepcion enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. She especially loved cooking for her family.
Survivors include her children and their spouses; Jose and Melissa Vazquez of Clovis, NM, Gerardo and Maria Vazquez of Clovis, NM, Norma and Raul Briones of Houston, TX and Sylvia and Luis Ixcol of Houston, TX. grandchildren; Angelica, Danielle, Ismael, Luis Jr, Raul Jr, Lidia, Haven and Anthony, and Great-grandchildren; Ezekiel, Nehemiah and Giovanni. She is preceded in death by her husband; Heriberto Vazquez Sr, son; Heriberto Vazquez Jr, and parents; Jose and Celia Martinez
