Amanda Rae Culbreth, 56, of Wheatland, passed away peacefully with family at her side early Saturday morning, December 14, 2024, in her residence.
Ms. Culbreth was born September 21, 1968, in Sharon, a daughter of Wayne and Nora (Mullen) Culbreth. She was a 1987 graduate of Farrell High School and worked as an upholsterer for many years at the former Bennington Furniture, Sharpsville.
Amanda took great joy in traveling across the country, mostly to California, Maui, Las Vegas, Idaho, and New York City. She had a special talent for crocheting, and in her spare time, enjoyed reading and watching movies, especially her favorite, Jaws. Amanda always looked forward to spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Asher.
She is survived by her mother, Nora Culbreth, Farrell; a son, Raymond Napolitan, Wheatland; two sisters, Melinda "Missy" Richardson (Andrew), Austintown, OH, and Jennifer "Jenny" Footman (George), Farrell; a niece, Jazmin; three great-nieces, Kayeli, Aubrey, and Symira Rae; three nephews, Robert "Bobby", Jonathan "Johnny", and Xavier; lifelong friend and father of her son, Raymond Napolitan; and extended family, Lisa, Chris, Lynn, and Alexa.
Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Culbreth; an infant brother, Matthew Wayne Culbreth; maternal grandparents, Nora and Nardy Mullen; paternal grandparents, Evelyn and Raymond Culbreth; and step grandfather, Kenneth Wolfe.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (12-21-24) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.
Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.
