She was the daughter of Warren Keefer and Nancy Young Keefer of Charleston.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, Justin Peterson of San Antonio TX; sister, Melissa Thornhill of Charleston; grandmother, Freeda Mae Young of Buffalo; nieces, Ashton, Reese, Sonja, Katie and nephew, Jacob.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation www.cff.org.
A private graveside service will be held at Leon Cemetery, Leon with Pastor William Tanzey officiating.
