November 28, 2023, at the age of 20. Amanda was born November 24, 2003, in Ozark, AL to Rahshai
Stevenson and Jennifer Horsley. Amanda was truly the light that shined so bright upon everyone who
interacted with her. She was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt and friend who truly will be
missed.
Amanda was preceded in death by her father Rahshai Stevenson and her grandmother Loraine Kelly.
Amanda leaves behind her mother Jennifer Horsley and stepfather Serik Horsley; sister Konsula (Quintin)
Peterson of Headland, AL; brothers Deonta Chitty of Victoria, TX, Dajion Whitfield of Dothan, AL.
Grandparents Connie (Robert) Vidaurri of Victoria, TX, William (Elizabeth) Blankenship of Headland, AL
and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Amanda graduated from high school at the age of 16 and she was always so full of life. There was no
room Amanda would enter that was not immediately lit up with love, laughter and unforgettable joy.
She found joy in singing, dancing and taking beautiful selfies after doing her makeup and lashes.
Amanda was an aspiring makeup artist and had so many dreams she wanted to fulfill. Amanda was
taken from us too soon, but she leaves us with many precious memories to cherish.
Visitation will begin Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 5pm at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home with a Prayer
Service to begin at 6pm. Visitation will continue December 8, 2023, at 9am with Chapel Service to be
celebrated at 10am with burial service to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

i met amanda on the bus when we were both in middle school. i was a newly incoming sixth grader and she invited me to sit next to her with no hesitation. we instantly became friends, and i felt the connection right away. she was so energetic, i sometimes thought i couldn't keep up, but she was just the coolest, sweetest girl i ever knew.
