Amanda is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Tillman and Amanda Frierson; husband Albert A. Stratton; son, Albert H. Stratton; granddaughter, Lynnetria Potter; siblings, Annie M. Frey, Carrie Louise Frierson, James E. Frierson, Embry Frierson, and Eddie T. (ET) Frierson.
Amanda leaves to cherish her memories: children, Pastor Samuel (Nancy) Stratton, Pastor Leslie Stratton, Darryl Stratton, Minister Michael Stratton, Alfreda (Bryan) Wilcox, and Anita Stratton; grandchildren, Austin (Andrea) Stratton, Candice (Ralph) Ward, Amy (Jeffery) Frierson, DeVon Potter, Chelsea Stratton, Bryan and Ryan Wilcox, Alquez Cortner, Jonathan Stratton; great grandchildren, Car'Lasija and Za'Layah Potter; Chryston Cubit, Aniyah and Asya Stratton, Amilylah and Jeffery ("Bubba") Frierson; sister, Sara Wright; sisters in law, Patricia Frierson, Delores Frierson, and Angie Frierson, numerous nieces & nephews; other relatives and devoted friends, Eula Black, Mildred Harris, Melvin and Judy Johnson; surrogate children, Paul and Willa Evans, Sherry Mitchell, Joetta Alderson, and Mary Jane Nelson.
