AMBER ROSE LOUCKS, AUG. 22, 1985 AUG. 14, 2022: BELOVED MOTHER OF KENNETH KERNEGHAN, AND BELOVED DAUGHTER OF SUZANNE LOUCKS AND STEVEN LOUCKS. SHE IS PRE-DECEASED BY HER MOST SPECIAL PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER, JEAN LOUCKS, AND MATERNAL GRANDFATHER, JOHN B. EFFINGER.
WE GRIEVE THE LOSS OF THIS PRECIOUS MOTHER, DAUGHTER, SISTER, GRAND DAUGHTER, AUNT, NIECE, AND FRIEND. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS OUR SORROW.
IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS, AMBER IS SURVIVED BY HER TWO LOVING SISTERS, HEATHER LOUCKS (TONY BRICE), AND SUMMER LOUCKS PISCIOTTA (SCOTT). ALSO, HER MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER CAROLINE EFFINGER, MANY AUNTS, UNCLES, COUSINS, AND FRIENDS. AMBER ADORED HER FOUR NIECES AND TWO NEPHEWS, ENJOYING TIME SPENT WITH THEM WHENEVER SHE COULD. SHE WAS THE CONSUMATE ANIMAL LOVER, AS WELL. SHE SPENT SOME YEARS AS A TALENTED HAIR STYLEST BEFORE MOVING ON TO OTHER PERSUITS THESE PAST FEW YEARS.
WE WILL FOREVER REMEMBER HER WITH DEEP LOVE AND ADMIRATION, AND CHERISH OUR MEMORIES OF GOOD TIMES PAST. WE GIVE THANKS TO GOD FOR LETTING US HAVE HER FOR AS LONG AS WE DID.
CALLING HOURS WILL BE WEDNESDAY, AUG. 24, 4pm -7pm, AT FARREL-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 777 LONG POND RD, NEAR LATTA RD., IN GREECE.
AMBER S FUNERAL MASS WILL BE AT HOLY CROSS CHURCH, 10:30 am, THURSDAY, AUG. 25, 4492 LAKE AVE. INTERRMENT AT BEAUTIFUL, WESTSIDE MEMORIAL GARDENS, IN CHILI, A SHORT 15-20 MINUTE DRIVE VIA RT 390/490 WEST.

My beautiful Amber.. I will forever call you my best friend. I know we have had our moments. I also know we never stopped caring for each other. I will cherish my memories of us and some of the dumb things we did. We have a lot of good one's to. You truly are a funny, caring, kind person. Always the first one to help. I love you very much gf. Fly high with your beautiful wings. I know I will see you again.
