Amet Nathan Faal Obituary
Amet Nathan Faal, 20, of Clemmons, NC passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at his home. He was born June 3, 2005 in Decatur, GA. Amet graduated in 2023 and was a two time State Wrestling Champion from West Forsyth High School. He went on to be a MMA fighter for Fight for It with a record of 2-1. Surviving are his mother, Nakeia Ruth (Ebenezer Ofosu); his father, Mam Jabel Faal (Tonya); his siblings, D’andre Ruth (Brittney), Zakiya Ruth, Adon Ruth, Daht Faal and Bamba Faal; grandmother, Barbara Abdul-Qawi (Khali) and a nephew, Monta Ruth; aunts and uncles, Carolyn Tuttle, Aonta Ruth, Everett Ruth, Darren Ruth and Akia Hutson (Wesley); a special cousin, AJ Ruth; and his best friend since second grade, Frankie Aldridge, who was like a brother to him.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Apostle Dorothy King officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
