Amie Wright Obituary
She was a native of Beaufort, SC and was the daughter of the late Neil Webster Trask and the late Amie Leith Paul. She graduated from Girls High in Anderson, SC and attended Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia.
Amie was lovingly known as "Mamie." When asked what made her happiest, she would reply, "seeing my family happy." Among her many qualities, she will be remembered for her cooking, particularly the meals she prepared for her grandchildren.
Amie is survived by two sons and two daughters: George Rodgers (Becky) of Anderson, Billy Wright (Susan) of Lowndesville, Leith Ross (John) of Colorado, and Maria Buice (Bill) of Anderson. She is fondly remembered by her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy and laughter in her life.
A private burial was held on December 11, 2025.
