Amir Johnson-Wynn Obituary
Amir S. Johnson-Wynn passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Amir was a graduate of Corcoran High School, Class of 2025. Amir was a radiant soul whose presence brought light and happiness to everyone fortunate enough to know him. His smile could brighten the darkest day, and his laughter was a melody that lifted spirits and warmed hearts.
Amir faced life's challenges with remarkable courage, resilience, and grace. He overcame numerous obstacles with a determination and stamina that few could match. His strength was quiet but unwavering, and his perseverance was a testament to the depth of his character. Amir was a true blessing to his family, a source of love, joy, and inspiration. His absence leaves a profound void, and he will be eternally missed.
He was preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandmother, Linda J. Wynn.
Born on June 24, 2003, Amir is survived by his devoted mother, Natasha L. Wynn. Father Antwan Johnson, siblings, Da'Mek Johnson-Wynn, Winter Rhines, and Nature Johnson-Wynn; nieces Nova Johnson-Wynn and London Wynn-Chandler; and nephew Armauni Colon, maternal grandfather Ernest Wynn, Jr.; paternal grandmother Barbara Johnson, maternal aunt Erica (Rufus) Wynn-Kearse; maternal great-grandmother Bernice Wynn; special teacher Theresa Manning and special nurse Anne Fitzgerald.
Amir also leaves behind a host of paternal siblings, along with an abundance of aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends whose lives he touched deeply.
His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. Service and burial will be private.
