Amy Bly Levkulich, 44, of Fredericktown, PA passed away Friday January 31, 2025 in UPMC Presbyterian after a brief illness.
Amy was born on May 22, 1980 in Monongahela, PA a daughter of the late Clarence and Lea Ann Pierce Bly, who survives. She was employed in Home Health Care as an aid for several years, working along side her mother they served many surrounding areas including Washington and Westmoreland Counties.
She enjoyed spending time with her family,going to fairs and different events. Her four boys were her world. Amy took pride in being a founder in the Nar-ANon Programs and leading meetings. She was also a member of the First Christian Church in Charleroi.
She will be dearly missed by her four children Adam Bly, Noah Levkulich, Gabriel Levkulich, and Michael Levkulich III. In addition to her mother, she also leaves behind her sister Natalie Collins, and niece Isabelle Collins; Uncle Bernard Bly (Trudy).
Preceding her in death is her husband Michael J. Levkulich Jr. who passed away on March 26, 2024; and her brother John A. Bly.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home 42 Bank St. Fredericktown, PA. An online guestbook is available at www.GreenleeFuneralHome.com where you may express personal condolences.
