Amy Bodette Obituary
Amy was born August 18th, 1971, in San Diego, California, to Edward Bodette and Betty (Rebischke) Giese.
Amy enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, camping, kayaking, fishing, never missing a moment to take care of her loved ones, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She never missed a chance to say "did I tell you I loved you today?". With all of those "I love you's" came being the family caretaker and making sure no one ever went hungry, even if that meant there was no seasonings. She was always the one to "buck up" and get things done. For those grieving just know she is up there dancing with Grandma Betty and Denise. A special thanks to Aunt Donna for always being her rock and ours.
Amy is survived by father, Edward Bodette; brother: Matthew Bodette. Her children; Skyler Bodette (Troi Hanna) and Casey Houtevelde; grandchildren, Olivia, Oliver, and Winnie.
She is preceded in death by mother, Betty Giese, Denise Barrientos, Steve Canterbury, Tom Smalley, and grandparents.
Celebration of life will be held at Ryder's Roadhouse and Grill, Saturday, February 8th, 2025 at 1pm.
