Amy Elizabeth Bourland, 58, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026.

Amy was born on July 24, 1967, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Pastor Ronald and Serena "Sue" Kimbrell. She attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she met the love of her life, Todd Bourland. Amy married Todd on May 27, 1989, beginning a beautiful marriage centered on faith, love, and family. Together, they built a life filled with cherished memories and raised three daughters: Elizabeth Howald (Timothy), Emmeline Bourland, and Easter Bourland.

Amy had a deep love for creativity and found joy in painting, art, and interior decorating. She had a gift for making spaces warm and welcoming, reflecting her own kind and thoughtful spirit. Above all, her faith was the foundation of her life. She was a devoted wife and mother who treasured planning family trips, gatherings, and special moments that brought everyone together.

She is survived by her loving husband, Todd Bourland; her three daughters; her cherished grandchildren, Miriam and Gideon Howald; her father, Pastor Ronald Kimbrell; her sister, April Pettus (Nathan); and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Serena "Sue" Kimbrell.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Todd Hallman officiating. A reception will follow the service.

Amy will be remembered for her passionate heart, creative spirit, and unwavering faith. Her legacy lives on in the lives of her family and all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
