Amy Gnaster

Amy Gnaster, age 49, passed away February 10, 2026. She was the devoted and loving mother of Cameron (Alyssa) and Jozi (Joe), and she eagerly looked forward to the arrival of her grandchild, River. She was the cherished daughter of the late Francis Gnaster and Linda (Mike) Killewald, and the beloved sister of Tracy (Kevin) Smith. Amy was the treasured granddaughter of the late Shirley Starr and the late Rudy DiFalco, the late Frank and the late Rita Gnaster, and Thomas and Elaine Killewald. She was the dear niece of Teri (Bruce) Kyle and the former daughter-in-law of Craig Roberts and Linda Palmer. Amy is also survived by her significant other, Jim Neely, and will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and her faithful companion, Pablo, her beloved pig.

Amy found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to cook and was inspired by the culinary talents of Chef Gordon Ramsey, often creating meals that brought family and friends together. She enjoyed starting her days with morning yoga, finding peace and balance in the quiet moments. Amy possessed a warm and caring smile that could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.

A memorial gathering will take place for Amy on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 p.m., at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 Fifteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights. She will be remembered always for her kindness, her vibrant spirit, and the love she shared so freely.
