Amy Dianne Marcott, of Oakdale, MN, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, surrounded by her family's love and comfort. Born on June 12, 1970, in St. Paul, MN, Amy brought sunshine to the world from the very beginning-always singing, dancing, and lighting up every room she entered. She had a gift for making people feel seen and deeply cared for.
Amy's spirit lives on through her devoted daughter, Riley (Ryan), and her beloved grandchildren, Matthew and Willow. She is also survived by her sister, Melissa, her brother, Jerry (Patrice), her adored nieces and nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends who were family to her in every way. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dudley and Carolyn Marcott, her Aunt Kim Stone, and her grandparents, James and Mildred Stone.
A celebration of Amy's life will be held on September 27, 2025. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a service at 12 p.m. at Oakwood Funeral Home, 2585 Stillwater Road, Maplewood, MN 55119.
Afterward, friends and family are invited to a luncheon at 1 p.m. at North St. Paul American Legion, 2678 7th Ave. East, North St. Paul, MN 55109.
