Amy T. Nelson, born on January 12, 1959, in Hawaii, passed away on February 24, 2026. She dedicated thirty years of her life to her career as an office manager and also worked at Fed Ex in Bowling Green.
Amy loved the water and cherished moments spent at the beach, lake, and mountain streams. Her spirit and love for nature were evident in everything she did.
She leaves behind her beloved spouse Barry Nelson and their children, Nic Nelson, Hunter Nelson, & daughter-in-law Sara. Amy also treasured her role as a grandmother to Lydia Nelson, Cleo Nelson, and Maybry Nelson.
Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Courtland Traver and Eleanore Traver. She is survived by her siblings, Karter Khalsa and Kim Traver.
Amy will be remembered by all who knew her as a caring individual with a passion for life and an unwavering love for her family.
