Amy Rose Obituary Amy Rose, 83, of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her residence.
Born on January 14, 1942, in Rockhouse, KY, she was the proud daughter of the late Charles and Annie Talbert Bartley.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Rose, as well as her, son, Ralph Davis; siblings Mildred, Fay, Flo, Phyllis, and Lavern. Also among the departed are her great-granddaughter, Kambria; great-grandson, Matthew; and stepdaughter, Judy Rife.
Amy graduated from East Liverpool High School and had a successful career at Homer Laughlin China Company. She was an avid gardener and a skilled crafter, with a particular passion for painting. Known for her artistic flair and spirited personality, she leaves behind a legacy of love and creativity.
Her children, Jessie Davis of Hubert NC, Clyde "Bud" Davis (Diann) of East Liverpool, Lisa Crago (John) of Lisbon, John Stoakes (Rhonda) of Wellsville, Amy Emmerling of Calcutta, and Jim Stoakes (Amy) of Grand Ledge, MIalong with her grandchildren Amber, Tabitha, Nathan, Kim, Jesse, Jordan, Jansen, Holly, Levi, Seth, Braedon, and Mitchell, as well as her 12 great-grandchildren, will carry her memory forward. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Frank Bartley (Pat) and stepdaughters, Carol and Nancy.
