He is preceded in death by his parents: father Andres Perez and mother Julia Maltos Carrillo. Survivors include his beloved wife of 55 years Arcilia O. Perez, loving children Delia Ann Huron (Dario), Geronimo Oviedo (Crystal), and Juan Antonio Rangel (Billie Jean), sister Angie Lava (Don), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Brookehill Funeral Home with a rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home where services will conclude.
