Andrew Scott Davey, 39, was born July 23rd, 1985 in Lander, Wyoming, and left unexpectedly to be with his dad June 15th, 2025 just shy of his 40th birthday.

He leaves behind children Quinten, Zion and Abby Davey, who were the joys and lights of his life, his mother Kelly Davey, big brother Michael Davey, sister-in-law Christine, their kids Natalie and Nathan, his little sister Amanda Jo, brother-in-law Phillip Lemons and their son Virgil, his grandmother Donna McKim, the love of his life and his other half Jennifer Fienhold, along with their pets Minnie, Miklo and Shabba. He also leaves behind her family members Lynette St. Clair, Orville St. Clair, James Fienhold, Gabby St. Clair, John Guina, Zella Guina, and others who took Andrew as a son, grandson, nephew, brother, and friend. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

He had a big heart and left large shoes to fill in many ways. He loved big, and when he told you he loved you, he meant it. To Andrew, family was everything. He was a regular at family celebrations, barbecues, and birthdays.

Andrew's wild side was evident from the time he was a young boy. Growing up, he was never one to turn down a good dare. He had several scars and healed broken bones because of this. He loved people, and people loved him. He was a bright and vibrant soul who enjoyed making people laugh. Whether you knew him his whole life or for five minutes, he had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone he ever crossed paths with. You couldn't help but to remember him.

In high school, he was a record-setting diver in the state of Wyoming. This was an impressive feat for a 6'4 kid, but once he learned how to point his toes, he became unstoppable. He also had many friends growing up, many of whom are still friends with him today. He was fiercely and unquestionably loyal. Throughout his life, he made countless more. Andrew spent several years working for various oil companies, which presented him with the opportunity to travel the United States. He also worked in construction and general contracting and had several trade certifications from Central Wyoming College. He was most recently a manager at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store in Lander, Wyoming, and was loved by his coworkers and customers alike. He enjoyed his job, often putting long hours into his days. As busy as it kept him, he always found the time for family. He was the classic small-town family man.

He was a man who appreciated adventures, but who also enjoyed his downtime. He spent endless hours fishing, hunting, riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles, singing, going to garage sales, taking family trips, and taking road trips with Jennifer. He enjoyed his shenanigans and taking his loved ones along for the ride. He had a great love for animals, which led to an endless collection of strays from the time he was a child to when he grew into a man, each becoming a beloved fixture of the family. He loved sharing his knowledge with his kids; shooting guns was what he took the most pride in teaching them. He enjoyed good times and did what he could to create as many memories as he could.

He was extremely proud of his sons and adored his baby girl. He was the fun dad and uncle, likely because he was a kid at heart himself.

Lovingly called Droid, Dad, Son, Uncle, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Friend, he meant a great deal of things to many people. There are so many things we all will miss so much. How to put that into words is impossible. But whatever he was called, what will be most remembered was his sense of humor, his endless jokes, his mischievous squinty-eyed smirk, his big, tall bear hugs, and his laugh. All of him. He will leave an unimaginable void in our lives that we will now somehow have to manage.

He is preceded in death by his father and best friend Freddie Davey, he and Jennifer's precious child taken before birth, cousin Tiffany Davey, his grandpa Clint McKim, Grandma Hazel Davey, Aunts Chris East & Georgine Gothard, Best Friend Charles Hereford, and many more relatives, friends and pets that he cherished.

A memorial service for Andrew will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Chapel of Mount Hope (680 Mount Hope Dr., Lander, WY 82520).
