Andrew (Drew) Joey Delgado, born February 10th 1986 in Bellflower California, recently passed away just 11 days after celebrating his 38th birthday with family, February 21st 2024. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, and devoted stepdad and fiancé. Drew held an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, a paralegal degree, a Mechanics License specializing in motorcycles for Harley Davidson, and a Barbers License. He was passionate about his faith in the Catholic religion, baptizing himself as an adult and making weekly visits to church for prayer. Drew had planned on coaching stepson's little league team and was involved in his fiancée Jessica's father and brother's family business of carpet cleaning and home renovations. Drew is survived by his mother Lucy Bullard, father Epigmenio Delgado, husband of Lucy James Bullard, sister Justina Delgado-Allen, nieces Danae Chalise, Malia Kerrin, Klarie Brielle, grandma Cointa DelReal, uncles and aunts Julian and Diane Romero, Albert Esperanza, Raul, and Irma DelReal, younger sisters Autumn and Wynter Chavez , fiancée Jessica Ferry, children Aubrey, Anthony, Aaliyah, and Anson, mom-in-law Connie Ferry, cousins Teofilo Jr Chelsea Jade Romero, Aaron Irvin Briana Ortega, Wanda and Shawn Light, and Cassandra Okamoto and Trevor Benjamin. Services will be held on Saturday, March 9th, from 9-11am coffee and donuts and a viewing and few words to honor him from 11am-2pm at Daniels Funeral Home on Wyoming Blvd in Albuquerque, NM.Our family would like to extend our appreciation to New Mexico donor services for providing compassionate care to our family in Andrews ability to carry on his grandfather Romeros legacy and advocacy to Donating the gift of Life. In always remembering "To not take your organs to HEAVEN knows we need them here." Those of us that loved him are forever changed and devasted by his accidental passing and will never be the same. Daniels Funeral Home in Albuquerque, NM, is assisting with the funeral arrangements.
