Andrew Nicholas Diaz, known affectionately to all as Andrew, left this world too soon on August 9, 2025, in Stuart,FL. Born on April 7, 1999, in Tampa, FL, Andrew's zest for life was evident from the get-go. His journey may have concluded, but the laughter and joy he spread will be carried by those who knew him.

The Diaz family has lost its most charismatic member; Andrew, the son of Will Diaz and Liz Diaz, was the brother who could always be counted on for a good laugh or a cheeky joke. His siblings, Alex, Chris, Steven, GeAnna, Eric, and Michael, will miss their brother who made sure there was never a dull moment. His beloved dog, Lucy, will deeply miss her dearest friend and the joy of their days together.

A graduate of Martin County High School's class of 2018, Andrew loved hands on learning and experimenting. Which is how he found his love for cooking at such a young age. As a child, if he wasn't baking with his mom then, he was cooking with his grandmothers. His culinary skills were built from family traditions, restaurant training and playing around in the kitchen. His passion for cooking went beyond the food, it was about bringing people together for enjoyment. Which he did with a dash of humor, a sprinkle of sarcasm, and ton of love in every dish. When he wasn't whipping up a storm in the kitchen, he was flexing his muscles as a certified personal trainer, because why not make people sweat with laughter and a good workout?

Andrew's interests were as varied as the spices in his rack. He lived for music that moved his soul, the thrill of skiing and snowboarding down snow-clad slopes, and the adrenaline rush of rollercoasters that sent his heart into overdrive. His spirit was as free as the great outdoors he adored, and his passion for adventure knew no bounds. If he wasn't out exploring, he'd likely be capturing life's moments through photography, diving into the latest video game, or joking with his dad about winning the family fantasy football league.

But let's not sugarcoat it-Andrew was a jokester. His sense of humor was as finely tuned as his taste for adventure. Funny, loving, and adventurous are words that only scratch the surface of describing a man who lived life like it was a comedy special-full of twists, turns, and punchlines that left you wanting more.

Andrew's legacy is not just in the meals he created or the muscles he helped tone, but in the memories he crafted with meticulous care. His laughter was infectious, his smile a beacon of light, and his jokes-well, they were the kind that made everyone forgot the original conversation.

As we bid farewell to Andrew Diaz, let's not dwell on the silence left in his wake, but rather fill it with the echoes of his laughter, the warmth of his love, and the stories of his adventures. For Andrew, life was a stage, and he played every part with a gusto that will continue to inspire all who were lucky enough to be part of his audience. The encore will resonate endlessly in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Andrew, here's to you, the man who turned every day into a punchline and every moment into a treasure. Your spirit lives on, as vibrant and vivacious as ever.

Remembering you Andrew is all that remains now. Remembering your bright smile, your seemingly contagious laugh, your love for dressing sharp and that soft but big heart of yours. I choose to honor your name in strength and not sorrow. The summer when we tore up the beach and discovered "I will possess your heart" ~ Death cab for cutie lives in my head rent free. Every time I hear that song, you´re the first person/thing that comes to mind; along with the great times we shared together. I´m grateful to have known you and that I got to share time with you in this life. As I sit here and reflect, I realize as life went on and we were finding our ways, we grew apart. I feel regret for not reaching out more, and man do I wish we could hit the beach once more. With that said, my love for you always remained. The memories of our youth is all there is left to hold onto. Fly high my friend, I pray you find your peace. Until we meet again

I am so sorry for your loss. Andrew was a good friend of my son Anthony during middle and high school. Andrew was over the house quite a bit and it was always a joy to have him over. He was always so sweet and respectful. When my son Anthony went into the army Andrew came to his graduation. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
