Andrew (Andy) Brooks Garrison, age 74 of Carmel, IN, passed away February 21, 2025 at St. Vincent Heart Hospital. Andy was born November 2, 1950 in Steubenville, OH to Anne Frances (Miletich) and Charles William Garrison.

He later earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He spent his career of 45 years in the steel industry with his longest tenure 28 years at National Steel Corp.
Andy was a devoted husband and father and proud “Grandy” to his one and only Anna. He faced cancer like a warrior, time after time beating the odds, remaining ever positive, all the while caring for Carol in her own health battles.

Andy was a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Carmel, Woodland Country Club of Carmel, and Sertoma of Broad Ripple.
Andy is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol (Tluchowski) Garrison, daughter, Kelly (Shawn) McNally, son, Drew (Chelsea) Garrison, grand-daughter, Anna McNally, brother, Charles (Debbie) Garrison, mother-in-law, Gloria Tluchowski and a large extended family of brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles W. and Anne F. (Miletich) Garrison, and father-in-law, Frank Tluchowski Sr.
