Jay Thomas, loving father and devoted husband, was born on July 17th in Emporia Kansas. After graduating from Emporia High School he started college at Emporia State. He transferred to Purdue University where he graduated with degrees in Psychology and Nursing. He became an expert in the field of Nursing Administration and traveled the country working as the Interim Nursing Director for a number of hospitals. He was a loyal Purdue Boilermaker and Colts fan. He loved to travel and see the world. He will forever be in our hearts.
