Andrew Vaughn Hunter, 47, of Sanford passed away on Thursday July 10, 2025. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday July 20, 2025, at White Hill Presbyterian Church at 2pm. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Andrew was an extremely savvy person. He was talented at building and fixing machines. The true definition of a “Jack of All Trades.” He was helpful to his friends, family and neighbors, always coming to their aid when they would call. He was polite, kind and never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, father, son, and friend. He will be missed by all that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Janey & Hampton Dickens; and uncle Jimmy Dickens.
He is survived by his wife April Ann Hunter; children Marshall Hunter, Kaylee Hunter, and Nathanial Evan Hunter; mother Patricia Hunter Wicker (Ronald); uncle Danny Dickens (Gail); aunt Jancey Dickens; and stepsiblings Dawn Bevier, Crystal Jastzabski, and Matthew Wicker.
