Andrew's family is sincerely grateful for the many individuals and teams that took such great care of him in his last days, particularly the Washington Emergency Squad and St Luke's Warren Campus ER and ICU staff. Your professionalism and skills were only outdone by your kindness during this most difficult time. Andrew is the love of my life. His random knowledge of all this 80s, especially horrible 80s movies was second to none. He was selfless and caring. Often making sure I was ok and taken care of before taken care of himself. Well correction, Stella came first, always. He adores her more than anything, than everyone else after Stella. We loved spending a Saturday evening walking around a car show in the summer, always looking at the Montes and old Cadillacs which were some of his favorites. He would say he hated going to little community artsy festivals but secretly he loved them and would be annoyed that I am spilling his secrets. Stand up comedy was another favorite of his and we would spend hours watching stand up specials and coming up with our own inside jokes. He was a kind soul and an old soul and whoever had the privilege of knowing him knew how truly amazing he is. I truly miss him and love him every single day.
